Our Journey: From Vision to Reality

Founded in the Fall of 2014, Batter & Crumbs responded to the rising demand for vegan sweets in local Philadelphia coffee shops and eateries. Our mission was to craft baked goods that rivaled beloved classics. Initially, we operated from a commercial space, supplying wholesale pastries to restaurants and cafes and filling cake orders. But after 5 successful years, strong customer loyalty drove us to launch a brick-and-mortar location. In July 2019, Batter & Crumbs opened its doors in South Philly as a vegan bakery and coffee shop, fulfilling our culinary vision
